Refunds do happen, to every business owner - here is what you should do when that dreaded refund request comes through to your inbox or phone. Keep in mind that not all refund request are a bad thing, sometimes it is a blessing in disguise. If this client is requesting a refund and keeps pushing for one, likely you wouldn’t have been a good fit to work together anyway - they are not your ideal client.
